Download the ZIP and extract it to a folder you’ll keep. The extension needs that folder after installation.

Good questions.
Does my browser need to stay open?
No. Once created, monitors are checked by the server on a schedule. The WatchThis service needs to stay running for checks and email alerts to work.
How often are pages checked?
Free accounts currently check every 6 hours. Pro accounts support hourly checks. Available options are shown in the extension.
Can I monitor any webpage?
WatchThis works best with publicly accessible pages. Pages that require sign-in, restrict access, or rely on complex dynamic loading may not be readable by the cloud service.
How do I sign in?
Open WatchThis, enter your email address, and click “Send sign-in email.” Open the link in your email, copy the session token from the verification page, and paste it into WatchThis. Click “Save and sign in” to get started.
How do I update the extension?
Download the latest ZIP and extract it over your existing extension folder. Then open your browser’s extensions page and click Reload for WatchThis.
